Nothing is Impossible, Inc. is a private foundation created by the senior partners of McGivney and Kluger law firm. In the infancy of the firm, 16 years ago, Chuck McGivney and Jeff Kluger made a pledge to ‘share with those who might fall through the cracks of society.’ So in August 2006 the firm was able to form a charitable foundation, Nothing is Impossible, Inc., specifically meant to give a hand up to those who need it most. In the time that the foundation has been in existence it has helped over 40 individuals, families and non profit organizations; giving out over $400,000 in grants and assistance.

Lynne Watson, a mother, wife and resident of Kinnelon New Jersey is one of the most recent recipients of financial assistance from Nothing is Impossible, Inc. For some time Ms. Watson has been wheelchair bound due to the neurological disease Multiple Sclerosis. The circumstances of her illness have made it very difficult to perform the daily activities of life as a mother and wife. After some research Ms. Watson discovered the Bioness Leg device which has been developed to help MS patients walk after the disease has progressed. Unfortunately, Ms. Watson’s insurance would not cover any of the cost for the device; the Bioness leg device cost over $6,200.

Lynne began fundraising for the device, but was still unable to raise all of the funds. However, through a referral the Nothing is Impossible Foundation was made aware of Lynne’s situation and donated the remaining $3,000 for the device.

When asked about the assistance she has received from Nothing is Impossible Lynne stated, “It changed my life. The Bioness Leg devices have made a tremendous difference. I am no longer in a wheelchair I am walking with a walker. This never would have been possible without Nothing is Impossible!”
